Notice what moves on the screen
A Geo IPTV remote tracking question starts with the highlighted item. Does a short thumb movement jump across several menu tiles, or does the programme itself move to another time? Compare navigation on the Apple TV Home Screen with navigation inside the player. A sensitive menu response is a different observation from buffering, and neither observation alone establishes a subscription problem. Keep the player and programme unchanged while making this comparison.
Check the settings for your actual remote
On Apple TV, open Settings, then Remotes and Devices. Apple documents Touch Surface Tracking speeds of Fast, Medium and Slow; faster tracking makes a smaller swipe travel further. Note the current choice before trying one alternative. The Clickpad option applies to the silver remote: Click and Touch allows swiping, while Click Only disables touch tracking. Do not assume every remote or software version offers the same controls.
Keep a navigation check separate from a video jump
Return to the same menu and make a small, deliberate movement. If highlighting is easier to control, retain the preference that suits you. A jump in a video timeline needs a separate check of that player’s documented playback controls; changing tracking does not repair an unavailable programme. For support, describe the remote model, the gesture, and whether the behaviour occurs on the Home Screen, in a list, or during playback. Avoid sending account passwords.
