The final-sale point
An agreed price and confirmed order make the purchase final and non-refundable unless the law requires a refund. The policy includes activated, partially used and unused periods, promotions, setup and activation services, without credits or exchanges for those periods.
Changes of plan or circumstances
You may stop using the service, but cancellation does not itself create a refund or credit. Device incompatibility or customer-side internet problems do not qualify under the policy. Applicable rights that cannot be excluded still apply.
How to raise a legal entitlement
Contact info@opplexiptv.com with your order details and reason. A refund required by law is returned to the original payment method within the legal or payment-provider timeframe. As delivery is digital, no physical return is required.
