Use the device's official store or the developer's own download information. Check operating-system requirements and any separate player fee. App availability in one country's store does not guarantee availability in another.
Do not confuse interface and content language
A translated menu does not add audio or subtitle tracks to a source. Confirm the features you need with the player developer and ask support about plan-specific questions. Avoid unknown installers or requests to bypass regional restrictions.
Compare like-for-like app features
Check the exact device version, store availability, interface language, subtitle controls and any licence fee for each candidate player. Do not compare a phone app with a television app as if their features were identical. A translated menu does not establish which audio or subtitles a source contains.
