Keep the comparison fair
Note your device, player version, connection type and the time of the issue. Check whether the symptom affects one authorised source or several. Do not compare different source resolutions as if they were the same test.
Avoid guesswork about restrictions
If availability changes with location, ask support to clarify the permitted use rather than trying to bypass a restriction. Report the exact message and relevant regional context, keeping credentials and personal network details out of public posts.
A comparison you can explain afterwards
Record A: device, player version, authorised item, connection type and symptom. For B, change just one permitted setting or connection while keeping the other details the same. Stop A before starting B to respect the one-connection limit. An improvement suggests a useful next question; it does not prove the underlying cause.
Use a short comparison record
If Geo IPTV works on your phone but not your TV, stop playback on the phone before checking the TV: the plan allows one simultaneous connection. Note whether the TV player fails to open, shows an empty list or fails only after you select an authorised item. Record the model and player version on each device; a working phone app does not confirm TV-app compatibility. Then return to the same-device comparison above and change only one permitted condition. Keep a private note of time/timezone, connection, item and result. Report both successful and unsuccessful observations rather than treating one working comparison as proof of the cause or universal availability.
