Look at the connection Apple TV is using
Start a Geo IPTV Apple TV network check with the device, not the player. Identify the exact Apple TV model and look for an Ethernet cable if that model has the port. Apple explains that a connected Ethernet cable is used automatically instead of Wi-Fi; the Wi-Fi joining option is not shown while that cable is connected. A missing wireless menu therefore does not, by itself, show that the player or subscription has failed.
Decide whether you actually want to switch
Leave a working wired connection in place unless you intend to change it. To move from Ethernet to Wi-Fi, Apple instructs you to disconnect the Ethernet cable and allow time for the wireless option to become available. Open Settings, then Network, and select the intended Wi-Fi network. Have its password available privately. Do not erase saved networks or reset the device simply to make a menu appear. Check the instructions for your model before proceeding.
Describe the result, not an assumed outage
Record the connection type, Apple TV model and the exact screen or error you see. Check another familiar internet-connected app on that same device. If multiple apps fail, report that broader symptom; if only playback fails, note the player and programme step separately. A selected network is not proof that the internet or a particular service is working. Give Geo IPTV support these observations without sharing Wi-Fi passwords, account credentials or private playlist addresses.
